While SPRINTING FORWARD, HOLD CROUCH & KEEP MOVING FORWARD. This will cause you to dive & sprint to immediately get up.

Dive Sprint REQUIRES the "SLIDE/DIVE BEHAVIOR: TAP TO SLIDE" in-game setting. You will have to choose between it and Slide Cancel M.O.D. which requires a different behavior.
