Synchronizing Flash, Please wait... error

❌Close ZEN Studio

  • If you see the error message, the first step is to completely close ZEN Studio

🔌Check Physical Connection

  • Make sure your Cronus ZEN device remains connected to your PC/Laptop

  • Confirm it is plugged into the correct port on the device

    • the PC PROG port (right-sided USB port)

🛜Use the Cronus ZEN Marketplace

  • Open a web browser (e.g., Google Chrome)

  • Navigate to the Cronus Zen Marketplace webpage https://marketplace.cmindapi.com 

  • On the left side of the Marketplace page, click the Connect button

  • From the options that appear, choose Cronus Bridge and click Connect

⚡Flash a Random GamePack

  • Once connected, go to the Game Packs section and drag-drop any GamePack onto any slot on your device

  • If a new window opens during this process, simply close it

👨‍💻Program the Device

  • Click the Program button located on the left side of the page

  • A message box will appear saying "flashing device please wait."

  • Wait a few seconds for this message to disappear, then close the web browser and open ZEN Studio again

  • The error message will be gone
