"Rapid Fire" is a M.O.D. CENTRAL™ GAMEPACK Configuration setting in BF1 GAMEPACK! This setting concerns the following M.O.D.s (Macros On Demand): Optimized Rapid Fire, and a "Switch Weapon/" button tracking feature, so you can optionally have Rapid Fire take effect on just one of your two weapons.
Optimized Rapid Fire: When your FIRE button is HELD, it will register as rapidly pressed & released, optimizing the fire rate of any Semi-Automatic weapon within game limits!
Maintaining Weapon Swap Synchronization With Your Game: Whenever you load into a game, redeploy on the battlefield, access an in-game menu, or use a vehicle, Weapon Swap may become desynchronized with your game, due to out of context pressing of /. You will know you have lost sync, as your Semi-Automatic WILL NOT Rapid Fire, and your Fully Automatic will fire slower.
To resynchronize with your game, switch to your Primary Weapon, pull up the in-game menu to prevent switching of weapons, TAP / ONCE, and exit the in-game menu back to the gameplay.
