Weapon Fire Modes | Advanced Shooter
For STRIKEPACK™ with M.O.D.|PASS™.
"Weapon Fire Modes" for Advanced Shooter GAMEPACK are M.O.D.s (Macros On Demand) that alter your weapon's fire rate.
You can determine the "Weapon Fire Activation" in the M.O.D. CENTRAL™ GAMEPACK Configuration:
Always Activated - HOLD your FIRE button to activate Weapon Fire.
Fully Hold Activation - FULLY HOLD your FIRE TRIGGER to activate Weapon Fire.
Fully Hold Blocked - FULLY HOLD your FIRE TRIGGER to fire normally.
You can learn about each Weapon Fire Mode below:
Regular
Fire
This will leave your FIRE button as is, preserving its normal gameplay function and leaving your weapon's fire rate unaffected; the safe option for any Fully Automatic weapon.
Rapid
Fire
When your FIRE button is HELD, it will register as rapidly pressed & released.
This implementation is adjustable in the GAMEPACK Config, or Menu Mode, covered later on in the Menu Navigation section of this manual.
⚠️ Designed for Semi-Automatic weapons. Fully Automatic weapons will incur a fire rate penalty unless they are set to an in-game single shot or burst mode.
Dynamic
Fire
Dynamic Fire provides you with fine control over your fire rate. The FURTHER your FIRE TRIGGER is HELD down, the faster it will register as pressed & released, until it is FULLY HELD down for full Rapid Fire. It will apply your Anti-Recoil Adjustments at full Rapid Fire. With practice, you can vary your fire rate and accuracy at will to suit different scenarios:
LESSER HOLD for long range
HALF-WAY HOLD for medium range
FULL HOLD for close combat
⚠️ Exclusive to Fire "Trigger" as requires the analog nature of triggers.
This implementation is adjustable in the GAMEPACK Config, or Menu Mode, covered later on in the Menu Navigation section of this manual.
Steady
Fire
When your FIRE button is HELD, it will register as steadily pressed & released.
This implementation is adjustable in the GAMEPACK Config, or Menu Mode, covered later on in the Menu Navigation section of this manual.
Reducing fire rate can assist with ranged accuracy on any suitable Fully Automatic or Semi-Automatic weapon that does heavy damage at a reasonable range per shot; usually an assault rifle.
Burst
Fire
When your FIRE button is HELD, it will register as repeatedly performing a short burst of rapid presses, and releasing with a fixed gap in-between bursts.
This implementation is adjustable in the GAMEPACK Config, or Menu Mode, covered later on in the Menu Navigation section of this manual.
Bursting can assist with accuracy and conserving ammunition.
⚠️ Optimal for Semi-Automatic weapons. Fully Automatic weapons will incur a fire rate penalty unless they are set to an in-game single shot mode.
Auto
Burst
Fire
When your FIRE button is HELD, it will register as repeatedly holding the button for a short burst of bullets, and releasing with a fixed gap in-between bursts.
This implementation is adjustable in the GAMEPACK Config, or Menu Mode, covered later on in the Menu Navigation section of this manual.
Bursting can assist with accuracy and conserving ammunition.
⚠️ Designed for Fully Automatic weapons; CANNOT burst Semi-Automatic weapons.
Akimbo
Rapid
Fire
When your STANDARD FIRE button is HELD, or BOTH FIRE buttons are HELD TOGETHER, it will register both buttons as rapidly pressed & released, optimizing the fire rate of dual Semi-Automatic weapons within game limits!
This implementation is adjustable in the GAMEPACK Config, or Menu Mode, covered later on in the Menu Navigation section of this manual.
When ONLY your ALTERNATE FIRE button is HELD, it will register both buttons as held, which is appropriate for dual Fully Automatic weapons.
Quick
Scope
On
Tap
If your AIM DOWN SIGHTS (ADS) button is QUICKLY TAPPED & RELEASED, it will register as a timed scope & shot. If your ADS button is HELD, it will scope in without firing.
This implementation is adjustable in the GAMEPACK Config, or Menu Mode, covered later on in the Menu Navigation section of this manual. It will affect how long to wait for you to fully scope in.
Useful for performing a quick and accurate surprise kill with a Sniper Rifle or similar scoped weapon.
Quick
Scope
On
Release
If your AIM DOWN SIGHTS (ADS) button is RELEASED SUDDENLY, it will register as a shot. If your ADS button is RELEASED SLOWLY, it will leave the scope without firing.
Useful for timing your own quick and accurate surprise kill with a Sniper Rifle or similar scoped weapon.
Auto
Hold
Breath
While your AIM DOWN SIGHTS (ADS) button is HELD, your breath/focus button will be automatically held, steadying your scope on weapons that support it, such as Sniper Rifles, and improving accuracy for when you take the shot.
This implementation is adjustable in the GAMEPACK Config, or Menu Mode, covered later on in the Menu Navigation section of this manual. It will affect how long to wait for you to fully scope in.
This M.O.D. can be combined with either Quick Scope M.O.D..
