For STRIKEPACK™ with M.O.D.|PASS™.
"Weapon Setup" for Advanced Shooter GAMEPACK! This section of the manual will guide you through the various methods for setting up Weapon Slots (known by their older name, "Profiles", in the M.O.D. CENTRAL™ GAMEPACK Configuration). There are three Weapon Slots/Profiles available, and you can assign each one with different Weapon M.O.D.s (Macros On Demand), Anti-Recoil Adjustments, and Additional M.O.D.s.
It will be assumed from this point onwards that you have read and understand the "GAMEPACK Setup" and "Weapon Swap" sections.
If you know which weapons you are likely to be using, you can assign most settings in the GAMEPACK Config. "Profile 1" is for Primary Weapon, "Profile 2" is for Secondary Weapon, and "Profile 3" is for Third Weapon, or a spare slot to assign as you see fit. It is also possible to make changes later in Menu Mode, without returning to the GAMEPACK Config, covered later on in the Menu Navigation section of this manual.
In the GAMEPACK Config, decide on setting "Anti-Recoil Mode" to "Hip Fire" or "ADS". For games with an Aim Down Sights button, "ADS Anti-Recoil" will be best suited. "Quick Edit" is highly recommended for its convenience, assuming you are "NOT using Physical Swap which is incompatible". If you play with an "Inverted Y" in-game aim/camera, choose "Inverted".
With a default Anti-Recoil value of 0, each Weapon Slot/Profile defaults to NOT applying it. You can view and technically adjust these Anti-Recoil values in the GAMEPACK Config, however, it is NOT worth trying to guess your optimal values. They will be somewhat unique to you and your Settings.
An available older implementation of "Quick Edit Anti-Recoil Adjustments" comes into play here, taking out the guesswork and allowing you to change up any Weapon Slot/Profile during play.
