For STRIKEPACK™ with M.O.D.|PASS™.
"Weapon Swap" (also known as "Profile Switch" here) is a feature of COD MW 19 GAMEPACK! It concerns using "Weapon Slots" (Profiles) to manage different Weapon M.O.D.s, Anti-Recoil, and Settings for your in-game weapons.
Before you can utilize the powerful Weapon M.O.D. customization options available, such as per Weapon Slot Anti-Recoil, Quick Edit Adjustments, and an Additional M.O.D. you will need to become familiar with the Weapon Slot system itself.
As an older M.O.D.|PASS™ GAMEPACK, COD MW 19's implementation differs from modern Weapon Swap. There is NO Loadout Selector, and it consists of a single pair of Primary & Secondary Weapon Slots/Profiles in the M.O.D. CENTRAL™ GAMEPACK Configuration. However, although there are just two slots to work with, you can assign an "Additional M.O.D." specifically to each slot. For example, you can have Rapid Crouch exclusively assigned to your Secondary Weapon Slot.
Only the ACTIVE Weapon Slot will affect your controls. Being aware of which slot is active prevents you from unintentionally firing a weapon with the wrong Weapon M.O.D.s applied.
"Profile Switch Mode" is a GAMEPACK Config setting, similar to the modern "Weapon Swap Mode" setting. By default, "Profile Switch Mode" is set to "Manual". In this mode, you will ONLY be able to manually swap between the Primary & Secondary Weapon Slots/Profiles. If you want the full feature set with "Switch Weapon" button tracking:
For Xbox®, select "Weapon Swap".
For PlayStation®, select "Weapon Swap (PS4® Solid Lightbar)". Solid Lightbar will make better use of the PS4® Controller LED to help you determine which Weapon Slot is ACTIVE.
Before you can utilize the powerful Weapon M.O.D. customization options available, such as per Weapon Slot Fire Modes, Optimized Anti-Recoil, and Quick Edit Adjustments, you will need to become familiar with the Weapon Slot system itself.
At any given time, the ACTIVE Weapon Slot will be the ONLY slot affecting your controls. Being aware of which slot is active prevents you from unintentionally firing a weapon with the wrong Weapon M.O.D.s applied. Fortunately, LED indication for each mode provides a visual cue on the GAMEPACK's current status.
The default mode for this GAMEPACK is "Automatic". Its "Loadout Selector" consisting of four pairings of Primary & Secondary Weapon Slots, integrates well with four "in-game" Custom Weapon Loadouts.
If you want to get started as soon as possible, you can stick to Automatic and follow the Quick Start for that below, or you can follow the links to learn the full details about each mode further down this page:
