Manual
For STRIKEPACK™ with M.O.D.|PASS™.
Weapon Swap: "Manual" is almost always included alongside the "Automatic" mode. This section is for those select few GAMEPACKs where this is NOT the case.
Manual supports up to four weapon pairings via a Loadout Selector. Primary & Secondary Weapon Slots allow you to assign different Weapon M.O.D.s, Anti-Recoil, and settings, with each Loadout having its own Primary & Secondary sections in the M.O.D. CENTRAL™ GAMEPACK Configuration:
Loadout Selector
Loadout Selector organizes eight Weapon Slots into four Loadouts, each featuring a Primary & Secondary pairing. The ACTIVE Loadout & Weapon Slot is indicated via the STRIKEPACK™ LEDs.
To swap between Loadouts:
Tip - To avoid confusion, stick to Loadout 1 when you are first starting out.
Controller Shortcuts
Only the ACTIVE Weapon Slot will affect your controls. It is indicated via the STRIKEPACK™ LEDs. You can swap between Weapon Slots & M.O.D. Blocking features via Controller Shortcuts:
(NO Weapon M.O.D.s)
(BLOCK M.O.D.s)
Further Details
Primary & Secondary: "Primary" & "Secondary" Weapon Slots allow for different Weapon M.O.D.s & Anti-Recoil for your in-game Primary & Secondary Weapons. The active slot is indicated by the bright LED position from left to right. If the first lit LED is bright, "Primary" is active, and if the second lit LED is bright instead, "Secondary" is active. When manually swapping between these slots, the rumble indicators will be a single heavy rumble for "Primary", and two heavy rumbles for "Secondary".
Regular (NO Weapon M.O.D.s): Applying the wrong Weapon M.O.D.s & Anti-Recoil can have a detrimental effect. This shortcut will swap away from your current Weapon Slot, its associated Weapon M.O.D. settings, and "Switch Weapon" button tracking. This can come in handy for those moments when you need to pick up & fire a random weapon. GAMEPACK M.O.D.s that are NOT tied to Weapon Slots will continue to function in this state. The indicator will be two dim LEDs and three heavy rumbles.
Blocked (BLOCK M.O.D.s): All M.O.D.s affect your controls indiscriminately and they CANNOT know what is currently happening in your gameplay. Games often contextually reuse buttons. Menus can be affected, your fire button with Rapid Fire may fail to accelerate a vehicle, your crouch button with Rapid Crouch may start switching seats, your special ability that requires you to hold a button may fail to function because a M.O.D. is rapidly pressing that button, and so on. This shortcut will swap away from your M.O.D.s so you can take a break from them. The indicator will be a "wall" of eight bright LEDs and a single light rumble. In a certain game-specific GAMEPACKs, "Automatic" will temporarily swap to this state at times as part of its button tracking system.
