(Old) Quick Edit Anti-Recoil | COD MW 19

For STRIKEPACK™ with M.O.D.|PASS™.

Page Contents

"Anti-Recoil" for COD MW 19 GAMEPACK is a M.O.D. (Macro On Demand) that when adjusted correctly for your current weapon, slightly "pulls" at your aim/camera stick to reduce the effect of recoil.

"Quick Edit" allows for "Anti-Recoil Adjustments" during play. This GAMEPACK uses an older implementation of Quick Edit. You can test-fire & fine-tune the Optimized Anti-Recoil of a Supported Weapon (Optimized Weapon) using your controller, observing your results in real-time. You can fine-tune to correct for recoil differences from Weapon Attachments, Variant Weapons, Game Updates, Unsupported Settings, etc.

For example, you will need to adjust for attachments that affect the number of bullets or fire rate of your weapon.

Anti-Recoil NOT functioning?: If play with an "Inverted Vertical Look" in-game aim/camera or "Flipped" (bumpers/shoulders for your ADS & FIRE buttons), ensure this is reflected in the M.O.D. CENTRAL™ GAMEPACK Configuration. Anti-Recoil functionality is dependent on correctly MATCHED settings. If everything is in order, you may unfortunately have to Factory Reset your STRIKEPACK™ to obtain the intended result.

1. Getting Started

First, you MUST enable both Anti-Recoil and Quick Edit. To do so, visit the M.O.D. CENTRAL™ GAMEPACK Configuration and ensure "Anti-Recoil Mode" is set to "ADS Anti-Recoil - Quick Edit", or if play with "Inverted Vertical Look" in-game aim/camera, "Inverted ADS Anti-Recoil - Quick Edit".

2. Quick Edit Adjustments

For a rough idea of how this older implementation of Quick Edit works in practice, please see either PS Dominator, XB Dominator, or XB Eliminator.

This GAMEPACK has Vertical & Horizontal Anti-Recoil Adjustments:

Begin test-firing Anti-Recoil and pay attention to the vertical direction of your aim:

When you are done with vertical adjustment, you can tackle horizontal adjustment with trial & error:

You can quickly reset your adjustments for the ACTIVE Weapon Slot/Profile to default:

Hold until you feel two heavy rumbles.

Focus on achieving acceptable results that maintain a mostly steady and level aim, as your weapon may have some randomized or side-to-side recoil, and that CANNOT be corrected:

Your results may also differ when firing at an actual enemy (or other assisted target) due to "in-game" aim assist, which can cause your aim to slightly drift up and even to the side. You can try to account for this in your adjustments, while test-firing against a willing player/bot/target dummy.

At this point, you are hopefully done with fine-tuning the ACTIVE Weapon Slot's Anti-Recoil to your current in-game weapon. Feel free to repeat the process for another Weapon Slot/Profile and in-game weapon.
