This M.O.D. is named Auto Focus [AF] in the latest COD GAMEPACKs.
While your AIM DOWN SIGHTS (ADS) button is HELD, your breath/focus button will be automatically held, steadying your scope on weapons that support it, such as Sniper Rifles, and improving accuracy for when you take the shot.
