For a "Quick Start", please watch the Video Tutorial.

STEP 0: Getting Started

You will start in this GAMEPACK's "Normal Mode" which is to set up normal timings for when you are NOT pitching out of the stretch, or NOT with runners on base. You will later need to repeat the following STEPS to create separate timings for "On Base Mode" or "Changed Form On Base Mode".

STEP 1: Perfect Pitch Mode

STEP 2: Pitcher Select

You should begin by setting up Pitcher 1.

STEP 3: Pitch Type

For each pitcher, your game assigns different pitch types to each of the pitching buttons, which can include the four face buttons and right bumper/shoulder.

Expand Pitch Type List!

It is recommended to set up all available pitching buttons for your current pitcher before continuing...

STEP 4: Pitch Timing

Expand Timing Examples

Here are three examples to help you to grasp the concept:

If you were early by 1.15 seconds, it would need to be set to LED 1 for 1 second, then LEDs 5 & 6 would need to flash flash once, and LEDs 7 & 8 would need to flash five times. This represents 1.15 seconds.

If you were early by 2.09 seconds, it would need to be set to LED 2 for 2 seconds, then LEDs 5 & 6 would need to NOT flash, and LEDs 7 & 8 would need to flash nine times. This represents 2.09 seconds.

If you were early by 0.80 seconds, it would need to be set to NO LEDs on the left side for 0 seconds, then LEDs 5 & 6 would need to flash eight times, and LEDs 7 & 8 would need to NOT flash. This represents 0.80 seconds.

Once you have finished setting up the timing, RELEASE the PITCHING BUTTON, and then you are ready to release the "Perfect Pitch". Just remember to stay in "Perfect Pitch Mode" and you are ready for that no-hitter!
