"Weapon Setup" for COD BO 18 GAMEPACK! This section of the manual will guide you through the various methods for setting up Weapon Slots (known by their older name, "Profiles", in the M.O.D. CENTRAL™ GAMEPACK Configuration). There are four Weapon Slots/Profiles available, and you can assign each one with a different Supported Weapon (Optimized Weapon).
It will be assumed from this point onwards that you have read and understand the "GAMEPACK Setup" and "Weapon Swap" sections.
Many Supported Weapons have undergone an intense in-house optimization, reducing the effects of each weapon's base recoil pattern wherever possible, although certain weapon recoils may have changed since this Legacy GAMEPACK was discontinued.
If you know which weapons you are likely to be using, you can assign Supported Weapons in the GAMEPACK Config. "Profile 1" is for Primary Weapon, "Profile 2" is for Secondary Weapon, then "Profile 3 & 4" are spare slots to assign as you see fit.
In the GAMEPACK Config, set "ADS Anti-Recoil" to "Enabled", or if play with an "Inverted Y" in-game aim/camera, "Enabled Inverted".
During gameplay, you can suspend the assigned ADS Anti-Recoil M.O.D. as needed:
You will feel a rumble indicator:
Heavy Rumble: Suspended
Light Rumble: Resumed
An available older implementation of "Weapon AI" allows you to change up any Weapon Slot/Profile to another Supported Weapon (Optimized Weapon) during play.
