For STRIKEPACK™ with M.O.D.|PASS™.
Featured in Advanced Action GAMEPACK, "Turbo Features" covers utilizing the Paddle Buttons to turbo controller buttons.
You can assign any of these Paddle Button M.O.D.s in M.O.D. CENTRAL™ or Menu Navigation:
Toggle any controller button between Turbo and Normal during gameplay with "Turbo Assign".
Temporarily turbo one or more controller buttons with "Turbo Button".
Map a single controller button to a Paddle Button and turbo it with "Turbo Paddle".
You will feel a rumble indicator:
Heavy Rumble: Turbo
Light Rumble: Normal
Be aware whenever a controller button is toggled to Turbo behavior, your game will be unable to register it as being held.
If you are coming from the built-in M.O.D.s, you will know the "Turbo Button" Paddle Button M.O.D. by its old name, "Turbo 2.0".
"Turbo Paddle" is an old name for the Paddle Button M.O.D. known as "Turbo Mapped Button" in newer GAMEPACKs.
"Turbo Speed" can be adjusted in the GAMEPACK Config, or Menu Mode, covered in the Menu Navigation section of this manual.
While this GAMEPACK will allow you to set to a 10ms (millisecond) press/release timing, this is NOT necessarily the fastest setting for your game. Most games, especially modern games, will skip inputs at this timing, resulting in a slower effective speed. Try values of 10, 20, 30, 40, and 50, to determine which value is effectively faster. In rare cases, an even higher value will be necessary.
This Paddle Button M.O.D. is similar to the turbo switches on classic controllers. It will allow you to convert normal controller buttons into turbo buttons during gameplay. This way, you can HOLD a CONTROLLER BUTTON by itself to turbo it. To toggle a controller button between Turbo and Normal, while HOLDING the PADDLE BUTTON, TAP the CONTROLLER BUTTON.
This Paddle M.O.D. is ideal for "mash the button" in-game sequences, as you can conveniently and temporarily turbo any controller button. While HOLDING the PADDLE BUTTON, HOLD one or more CONTROLLER BUTTONS to turbo them.
Map a single controller button to the Paddle Button using the STRIKEPACK™ mapping system. It MUST be a single button mapping, as this Paddle Button M.O.D. WILL NOT function if multiple buttons are mapped to it. While HOLDING the PADDLE BUTTON, it will turbo the mapped button.
