Weapon Selector | H Infinite

For STRIKEPACK™ with M.O.D.|PASS™.

"Weapon Selector" is a feature of H Infinite GAMEPACK that provides a Controller Shortcut where you can count LED flashes to select a GENERIC: Fire Mode or Supported Weapon (Optimized Weapon), and assign it to the ACTIVE Weapon Slot in the process.

Page Contents

Ensure the Weapon Slot you intend to assign to is ACTIVE. You will need to be familiar with H Infinite's Weapon Swap implementation at this point. You will then need to follow the instructions & LED navigation below:

XB: While HOLDING VIEW/ACTIVATOR, TAP RIGHT TRIGGER but REMAIN HOLDING VIEW/ACTIVATOR for now to stay in the Weapon Selector.

PS: While HOLDING TOUCH/ACTIVATOR, TAP RIGHT TRIGGER but REMAIN HOLDING TOUCH/ACTIVATOR for now to stay in the Weapon Selector.

The STRIKEPACK™ will display flashing LEDs. These four flashing LEDs will change sides as you navigate through the Weapon Categories, and you will be counting them shortly. For now, pay sole attention to the Weapon Category LED, or the single LED on its own, and select the Weapon Category your weapon belongs to:

XB: TAP LEFT or RIGHT BUMPER to navigate left or right between the Weapon Categories. TAP RIGHT TRIGGER to cycle through the available weapons within the selected Weapon Category.

PS: TAP LEFT or RIGHT SHOULDER to navigate left or right between the Weapon Categories. TAP RIGHT TRIGGER to cycle through the available weapons within the selected Weapon Category.

Each time you feel a rumble, the flashing count restarts. Count the number of flashes from the moment you feel the rumble to determine which weapon you are selected on and when you are on the correct weapon, RELEASE ACTIVATOR to assign it to the ACTIVE Weapon Slot.

Learn about each GENERIC: Fire Mode and those applied to certain Supported Weapons below:

Fire Mode
Function

Regular Fire

This will leave your FIRE button as is, preserving its normal gameplay function and leaving your weapon's fire rate unaffected; the safe option for any Fully Automatic weapon.

Rapid Fire

When your FIRE button is HELD, it will register as rapidly pressed & released, optimizing the fire rate of any Semi-Automatic weapon within game limits!

⚠️ Designed for Semi-Automatic weapons. Fully Automatic weapons will incur a fire rate penalty unless they are set to an in-game single shot or burst mode.

This Rapid Fire can be adjusted via the "Rapid Fire Delay" setting in the M.O.D. CENTRAL™ GAMEPACK Configuration.

Tap Quickscope

If your ZOOM (Aim Down Sights) button is QUICKLY TAPPED & RELEASED, it will register as a timed scope & shot. The "Quickscope Time" GAMEPACK Config setting can be used to alter the delay determining how long Tap Quickscope will wait for you to fully scope in. If your ZOOM button is HELD, it will scope in without firing.

Useful for performing a quick and accurate surprise kill with a Sniper Rifle or similar scoped weapon.

Release Quickscope / S7 Sniper Rifle

If your ZOOM (Aim Down Sights) button is RELEASED SUDDENLY, it will register as a shot. If your ZOOM button is RELEASED SLOWLY, it will leave the scope without firing.

Useful for timing your own quick and accurate surprise kill with a Sniper Rifle.

Plasma Pistol

When your FIRE TRIGGER is HELD down, your Plasma Pistol will be repeatedly fired with automatic venting. When your FIRE TRIGGER is LESS THAN fully held, your Plasma Pistol will charge.

⚠️ Exclusive to Fire "Trigger" as requires the analog nature of triggers.

⚠️ Designed to prevent Plasma Pistol overheating.

Pulse Carbine

When your FIRE TRIGGER is HELD, your Pulse Carbine will be repeatedly fired in shots of five with automatic venting.

⚠️ Designed to prevent Pulse Carbine overheating. Your fifth shot will be slightly delayed!

Ravager

When your FIRE TRIGGER is HELD down, your Ravager will be repeatedly fired in shots of four with automatic venting. When your FIRE TRIGGER is LESS THAN fully held, your Ravager will charge.

⚠️ Exclusive to Fire "Trigger" as requires the analog nature of triggers.

⚠️ Designed to prevent Ravager overheating.

Stalker Rifle

While NOT ZOOMING (Not Aiming Down Sights) but HOLDING your FIRE button, your Stalker Rifle will alternative between firing & venting. While HOLDING your ZOOM & FIRE buttons together, your Stalker Rifle will be repeatedly fired in shots of six with automatic venting.

⚠️ Designed to prevent Stalker Rifle overheating.
