For STRIKEPACK™ with M.O.D.|PASS™.
"Weapon Swap Mode" is a M.O.D. CENTRAL™ GAMEPACK Configuration setting, available in most Modern Shooter-type GAMEPACKs. This setting concerns the Weapon Slot system used for managing different Weapon M.O.D.s (Macros On Demand), Anti-Recoil, and Settings for your in-game weapons.
Before you can begin the Weapon Setup process and fully utilize the powerful Weapon M.O.D. customization options available, such as per Weapon Slot Fire Modes, Anti-Recoil, and Quick Edit Adjustments, you will need to become familiar with the Weapon Slot system itself.
Only the ACTIVE Weapon Slot will affect your controls. Being aware of which slot is active prevents you from unintentionally firing a weapon with the wrong Weapon M.O.D.s applied. Fortunately, LED indication for each mode provides a visual cue on the GAMEPACK's current status.
In game-specific GAMEPACKs, the available "Weapon Swap Mode" options will vary based on your game's weapon system. Some games only have you carry two weapons, some have you carry three or four, some use a single "Switch Weapon" button, some use the D-Pad or Bumpers/Shoulders to switch weapons, etc.
When a GAMEPACK lacks a Weapon Swap Mode setting, "Direct" will be its configuration.
This section applies to Modern GAMEPACKs which have the latest implementation of Weapon Swap. If a GAMEPACK uses an older implementation or "Profile Switch Mode", follow the specific instructions in its manual instead.
